SP2 adds Address Book Policies, which let administrators specify which subsets of the Global Address List each user can view. A “mini” version of Outlook Web App (OWA) is included, providing a reduced set of user interfaces for clients with slow Internet connections and small screens, such as certain mobile devices. Another new capability eliminates the need for OWA users to provide log-on credentials twice when a Client Access Server has to redirect user connections across Active Directory sites. SP2 includes all previous Exchange 2010 update rollups.
