A new Data Recovery and Disaster Planning Support Center at Microsoft's support Web site contains an online library of Knowledge Base articles, white papers, and other important information to help customers create data recovery and disaster recovery plans and, in the worst case, to help guide them through recovery operations. The bulk of the information addresses key server products, such as Windows 2000 (including the steps to recover the Active Directory database after a failure), Windows NT4.0, Exchange 2000 Server (including mailbox and database recovery), and SQL Server 2000. The center also has information for the other .NET Enterprise Servers and the Office desktop suite. See support.microsoft.com/directory/content.asp?ID=FH;EN-US;recovery&FR=0&SD=GN&LN=EN-US&CT=SD&SE=NONA.
