Posted: Mar. 8, 2004 Visual Studio provides a user interface for publishing ClickOnce applications. The developer can choose whether a ClickOnce application will be made available offline. If so, the application will automatically appear in the Start menu and can be uninstalled from the Add/Remove Programs dialog box.
