Customer support and sales to major PC manufacturers have new leaders since the publication of the Oct. 2005 Directions on Microsoft OrgChart. Shown here are changes to customer support, enterprise sales, and field sales at the vice-presidential level and above. Kathleen Hogan now has responsibility for regional support teams, Premier Support, and consumer support, while Lori Moore continues to supervise global support outsourcing and customer service. Scott Di Valerio has taken over OEM sales and marketing from Rodrigo Costa.
