The results of a Core Infrastructure Optimization survey, offered online by Microsoft, show a customer that meets the standardized level in identity and access management, as well as data protection and recovery, but only the basic level in desktop, device, and server management; security and networking; and IT and security processes. The customer can save the results locally and can click on a link that will show how they compare with others in one of five industries: education, financial services, government, manufacturing, and retail.
