Thursday, 17 November 2011, 10:00a.m. PST Although Microsoft unveiled a Developer’s Preview of Windows 8 and Windows Server 8 at its Build conference in September 2011, the next versions of the Windows operating systems are not likely to be generally available until late 2012 or early 2013. In the meantime, organizations will want to continue to deploy Windows 7 and refresh their aging computer hardware.
