A judge has dismissed Novell's last two antitrust claims against Microsoft, ending a long-running antitrust lawsuit. In Nov. 2004, Microsoft paid Novell US$536 million to resolve an antitrust claim over NetWare, Novell's networking technology—that settlement was private, and the dispute was never litigated.
