Microsoft's board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.23 per share. The dividend will be payable Dec. 13, 2012, to shareholders of record on Nov. 15, 2012, who owned the stock before Nov. 13, 2012. The dividend is a 15% increase over the previous dividend.
