“SharePoint Server 2010 Standard Used by Employees” illustrates the licenses required when an on-premises SharePoint Server 2010—based system has Standard CAL features enabled.
“SharePoint Server 2010 Enterprise Used by Employees” illustrates the licenses required when an on-premises SharePoint Server 2010—based system has all functions—both the Standard CAL features as well as Enterprise CAL features—enabled.
