Advisor Takes on Exchange and SharePoint

An update to the online Advisor service for servers now regularly assesses Exchange and SharePoint servers. System Center Advisor is a Microsoft online service that uses a local agent to watch for errors or configuration problems with Internet-connected server installations and alert administrators via a Web portal and e-mail. Initially, Advisor only worked with Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2, but Microsoft has now added support for Exchange Server 2010 and SharePoint Server 2010 to the service.
