n Brief: Installing 128-bit encryption might disable logins on Windows 2000

• Distributing 128-bit encryption with the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) might disable logins on some Windows 2000 systems. IEAK allows administrators to create and distribute custom Internet Explorer (IE) 5.0 installations. The bug affects all versions of Windows 2000 at sites where (1) IEAK is used to distribute IE5 packages that include 128-bit encryption and (2) the target Windows 2000 machine already has 128-bit encryption loaded.
