CRM Online Update, Price Change

Dynamics CRM Online, the Microsoft-hosted customer relationship management service based on the Dynamics CRM software, received a service update and new pricing in Nov. 2009. The update simplifies initial setup of the service, providing improved data import tools and better help for new users, as well as removable sample data for trials. It delivers some new features, including a browser interface for mobile devices (already available for Dynamics CRM on-premises), and user home pages that summarize key data (such as the state of the sales pipeline) based on the user's role.
