Dynamics CRM 2015 Released

New releases of Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) software include broad platform enhancements for marketing and sales, and customization options that are particularly beneficial for CRM Online customers. The releases include a new collaboration environment to promote communication between marketing and sales groups and product relationship enhancements to help sales personnel create additional selling opportunities. Enhanced customization capabilities include improved business rules, process flows, and calculated fields that enable tailoring an instance without writing code.
