Product Terms

Product Terms, the main repository for rules governing product licenses acquired through volume licensing programs, is by far the most frequently consulted licensing-related text. Updated monthly, this lengthy document is part of legal purchasing agreements between Microsoft and customers, and is referenced explicitly by EA (Enterprise Agreement), MPSA (Microsoft Products and Services Agreement), and other contracts. First published July 2015, the Product Terms is a merging of and replacement for two prior licensing-related documents, the PUR (Product Use Rights) and Product List.
