Extended hotfix support

Extended hotfix support, a benefit of having active SA (Software Assurance) coverage for on-premises licenses, waives certain fees associated with nonsecurity hotfixes for products in the Extended support lifecycle phase. This waiver (and thus SA benefit) is in the process of being phased out; it now applies only to SA customers whose current SA cover periods were started prior to July 2017.
