Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, an online service introduced in Nov. 2016 as the successor to Dynamics CRM Online, is comprised of a collection of customer relationship management (CRM) applications. Officilally called “Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan, Enterprise edition,” the service is licensed via a combination of User SLs (Subscription Licenses) or Device SLs, additional compute and storage capacity for the tenancy, and service support fees that include levels of technical break-fix and support.
