September 8, 2025: The Project Online service will shut down in Sept. 2026 and remove access to all customer data in the service, so customers should immediately start migrating to an alternative.

Project Online has been a Microsoft 365 subscription service that provides central management, automated scheduling, resource management, and other functions for project managers and their teams. It is part of Microsoft’s legacy Project line of project management software and services.
