SharePoint Enterprise 2010 includes Access Services, a new SharePoint feature for hosting Access databases and their associated applications on SharePoint. Access Services may be a good approach for organizations where users who need to use an Access application do not have Access installed but do have a Web browser and connectivity to SharePoint.
