Some features of Office 365 services will be shut down later than originally planned. Shown here are several planned shutdowns of Office 365 online service features in 2018 and 2019 that have been put off from their original announced dates.

Office 365 support policy promises 30 days’ notice for significant changes and 12 months before a service is shut down without replacement. For these features, Microsoft gave 12 months’ notice and then offered additional extensions. One feature, Access Services, has been shut down as planned, but existing customers could request an extension by filing a support ticket.
