Alignment with Office 2010
Publisher provides entry-level desktop publishing features for creating marketing materials, such as business cards, brochures, product literature, and newsletters for print, e-mail, and Web site publishing. The eleventh version of Publisher since 1991, Publisher 2010 (Office has been dropped from the product name) contains several new or changed features to bring it in line with other Office 2010 products.
New features in this version include the following:
The Ribbon. A user interface introduced for some applications in Office 2007, the Ribbon replaces Office 2003’s menus and toolbars with a tabbed interface that groups common, logically related tasks together in a row of large icons.
