RoadmapKubernetes Fleet Manager
Kubernetes Fleet Manager is an Azure-hosted service for managing numerous Kubernetes clusters, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and Azure Arc–enabled Kubernetes clusters, as a single fleet. It provides tools to control management, apply Kubernetes and image updates, enforce policies and access, balance and configure network traffic, and intelligently place resources across clusters.

Recent updates and previews include the following:
Support for Arc-enabled clusters, generally available, allows any Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF)–compliant Kubernetes cluster to join a fleet as a member cluster. This broadens the reach of Fleet Manager and allows customers to have one operational model across mixed estates.
Closs-cluster networking, in preview, provides a managed cluster mesh for networking across multiple clusters to enable cross-cluster service delivery, routing, and metrics.
Domain Name System (DNS)–based load balancing, in preview, can balance incoming traffic across multiple clusters.
