Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds:
Submission of a registration, either online, by phone, email, or fax, constitutes an official booking. Full payment must be received in advance of the Licensing Boot Camp (LBC). Your registration is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received. You will receive a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 15 days before the LBC. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the LBC start date with a balance due will receive a cancellation invoice for the full registration amount due. You can transfer your registration to a future LBC at no additional charge as long as we receive the request no later than 15 days before the training. The fee for transfers made less than 15 days prior to the training is $300.
