Near-Term Updates and Roadmap (2026)

Glint receives regular improvements. Some planned or rolling out in 2026 are a combination of Copilot features (a strong focus for Microsoft) and regular user features that include the following:

Copilot will identify potential organization-specific topics to track based on Glint survey comments

Viva Insights charts of metrics for work habits (“work-life balance”) and collaboration will appear in Glint to help managers judge progress between surveys

Finer-grained permissions and a new Survey Designer role to enable more users to create surveys without getting access to sensitive data or administrative
