We are seeking a customer service and operations specialist for our Kirkland, WA office.
Your Responsibilities
- New member order entry & fulfilment
- Accounts receivable administration
- Weekly accounts payable processing
- Event planning
- Routine customer service.
Candidates for this role must be:
- Highly conscientious & detail oriented
- Proactive; likes to get things done and go home
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word; Excel; Outlook)
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have a strong customer service ethic
- Mature and confident with a right-sized ego.
