Erika Bonds leads marketing at Directions on Microsoft, overseeing the company’s brand, demand generation, go-to-market, and growth strategies. Before joining Directions, she spent 13 years at Microsoft, where she served as Market Research Manager, Group Manager, and Product Planner. Erika holds an MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. in Sociology from Whitman College.
