Personal Usage

Directions on Microsoft welcomes you, as a licensed Atlas member to read as many Directions Atlas documents (e.g., reports, roadmaps, kits, charts, and diagrams) as you need for your own use. Your Member Use privileges may not be shared in any way, including but not limited to:

With non-members

Via email, intranet posting, or other messaging or information storage and retrieval systems

Via printing, photocopy, scanning, or any other form of hard copy replication.

Internal Sharing

If your job requires you to share Directions Atlas analysis with colleagues in your organization, you may:

Briefly summarize the Directions Atlas document in your own words for your project team or senior-level decision maker

Include a small excerpt of Directions Atlas document (that is, a few lines of text not to exceed 5 sentences, or a specific chart or diagram) in an internal report or presentation, by attributing Directions on Microsoft as the source immediately
