Dynamics Products at a Glance

This chart summarizes Microsoft’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) product lineup. Microsoft’s Dynamics products are available only through Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) resellers and partners (with the exception of Small Business Financials and Dynamics CRM, which are available through retail channels). The chart lists points of integration between the Dynamics line and other Microsoft products.

The chart reflects new Dynamics packaging structure, which eliminates the previous two-edition structure (Standard and Enterprise Editions) for GP, NAV, and SL. However, Small Business Financials, a stripped-down version of GP for small businesses, remains-its customer count is included in the figure quoted for GP. The new packaging structure was put in place in July 2006 and is described in the chapter “New Packaging and Licensing for Dynamics ERP“.
