The FastTrack benefit can help qualified organizations that have purchased Microsoft services like Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Windows 10 plan and implement migrations from legacy applications to the new software and services. However, the program only addresses specific common scenarios, which could leave customers in need of additional consulting services, and some FastTrack benefits are available only to larger enterprise customers.

FastTrack Program Scope

The FastTrack benefit is a family of offerings that provide guidance and tools to enterprise customers migrating to Microsoft products and services that are offered with Per-User licensing. The assistance is available to customers who have made significant purchases of one or more eligible products:

  • Azure
  • Dynamics 365
  • Enterprise Mobility + Security
  • Office 365
  • Windows 10

FastTrack benefits are available at no additional cost to organizations that have significant active purchases of covered products. For example, the benefits are available to customers who have committed to 50 or more Office 365 user licenses, or a US$60,000 annual commitment to use Azure services.
