Teams Premium Roadmap

Teams Premium is an add-on User Subscription License (User SL) that provides additional capabilities on top of the base Teams product. Teams Premium enhances Teams events such as meetings, Webinars, live events, and town halls by adding additional customization options, improved attendee management, additional security features, and expanded attendee capacity. In addition, several Teams Premium features benefit only the licensed user, including Intelligent recap meeting summaries (also included in Microsoft 365 Copilot), a Queues app for Teams Phone users, and access to advanced features in the Places workspace management service.

Intelligent Recap

Intelligent recap provides AI-generated notes, suggested tasks, and name mentions. (Intelligent recap features are also included with Microsoft 365 Copilot.)

Additional meeting and event types will be supported by Intelligent recap, including impromptu calls and meetings, Teams Webinars, and town halls.
