Rogers Communications Canadian cable operator 7/12/1999 400 Has 480K broadband users.
AT&T U.S. telco and cable operator 5/6/1999 5,000 AT&T is splitting into multiple companies. AT&T Broadband was purchased by Comcast in Dec. 2001. Microsoft retains voting share (<5%)
