In Mar. 2023, Microsoft announced new packaging and pricing for Intune, adding two new service tiers and a collection of à la carte features to the original Intune, which has been available since the service began delivering mobile device management (MDM) in 2017. As with Teams (Teams Premium), Microsoft is adding features to Intune that are not included in Microsoft 365 E5, which suggests it will offer a new higher tier of Microsoft 365 Enterprise at some point in the future. Customers should expect few new features to arrive for the bottom-most tier of Intune, although some may be available as add-ons.
