Several scheduling extensions have come and gone for Exchange and Outlook users. The accompanying chart shows some of the current options. Though Microsoft actively develops and supports Bookings and Shifts, Scheduler and FindTime will be shut down in 2023. (Shifts replaced an earlier service called StaffHub in 2020.)

Bookings might eventually be incorporated entirely into Outlook on the Web and Teams, but Microsoft has not announced any such plans.
