Dynamics 365 2021 Wave 2 begins a six-month period during which new features will arrive. For Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, new features will be rolled out as often as every week, while Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations updates are deployed on a scheduled basis. The features and changes discussed in this report are generally available or are expected to be released prior to the next Major update in Apr. 2022.
