Microsoft and associated organizations will host several conferences in 2017 for customers and partners. The conferences listed here are likely forums for product launches or roadmap announcements. All conferences listed other than the PASS conference are Microsoft events.
Build covers Windows developer tools and APIs, and it will focus on the 2017 updates to Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Azure, and developer tools. The 2017 Build conference will be later in the year than in the recent past and will return to the Seattle area.
Microsoft Inspire, the event formerly known as the Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC), provides an opportunity for Microsoft partners to engage with the company about business strategy, and it will likely focus on cloud strategy as well as the latest Windows Server and SQL Server platform software.
Microsoft Ignite is likely to launch the next wave of Microsoft’s enterprise technology. It will probably feature updates about Windows, Office 365, and Microsoft’s server applications, as well as Azure. It will also probably cover technologies and topics covered by the discontinued Dynamics Convergence and Envision events.
