New Viva Suite Offerings and Pricing

• The Viva brand, Microsoft’s employee experience platform, is being built from existing and acquired technologies.
• Viva components include collaboration tools, personal and organizational productivity tools, and performance management and feedback offerings. 
• Some Viva offerings are not included in the Viva Suite and must be licensed independently.

Viva is a brand for Microsoft’s employee experience platform (EXP), software intended to improve employees’ productivity by connecting knowledge workers with peers, providing easier access to relevant information, and presenting users with productivity guidance and potentially useful tips. Viva components can replace corporate employee portals, earlier Microsoft offerings such as Yammer and Delve, and continual feedback processes such as pulse polls and objectives measurement. 

Viva is positioned against offerings from third parties such as IBM, Kudos, PeopleDoc, Qualtrics, and ServiceNow. Viva is not a single integrated set of software, however: it combines new interfaces (such as Teams apps) for existing technologies and overlapping acquired products. Furthermore, there is no single set of suite licenses to buy all the Viva-branded capabilities.
