The Viva Roadmap for 2025 focuses on AI-related functionality, user enhancements, administration tools, and the final migration of Yammer features into Engage. Viva is a brand for Microsoft’s employee experience platform (EXP), a set of solutions to improve employee productivity and development. The roadmap highlights that some Viva components lack investing plans and might eventually be retired, mirroring the fate of Viva Topics and Viva Goals. Overall, customers should feel comfortable adopting the main components that are built on mature technologies, but they should take a slower approach with the ancillary components until they are established.
