The Viva Insights Agent Dashboard shows information about Microsoft 365 (M365) agent usage within a tenant, helping admins and other personnel understand how agents are being used, which are most popular, and how much is being charged for their usage. The Dashboard adds to a repertoire of other agent analytics tools that are found in various portals, sometimes making them difficult to find and determine which to use. However, admins should be aware of all the tools available and use them regularly to make sure there is no unexpected agent activity while observing where agents are successful and could be pursued further.
