The remaining feature gaps where Connect Sync offers capabilities Cloud Sync doesn’t are narrowing. Some are already addressed with workarounds, some are likely to be addressed, and a handful are likely to potentially remain unaddressed by Microsoft before customers must move to Cloud Sync in the coming years (see fig. 1).
