Azure DevOps is a new set of Azure services that is mostly a repackaging of Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS). A new set of user interfaces (separate from the Azure portal) groups access to the features of the five Azure DevOps services into a single Web-based portal. A navigation bar (seen here on the left) provides links to the services that are in use for the selected project. A customizable dashboard, shown here, provides an overview of project status and work for the logged-in user.

The new Azure DevOps user interfaces were originally published as a preview update to VSTS in June 2018. The previous VSTS user interfaces remain available for an unspecified time, but existing VSTS customers will eventually need to migrate to the new ones.
