Dynamics 365 has introduced Premium User Subscription Licenses (User SLs) for Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain Management. The illustration shows the packaging structure for these applications, and the report explains the features exclusive to the Premium User SLs.

Sales Premium

Sales Premium is the oldest of the Premium User SLs. It was originally a bundling option that provided a discount for Sales Enterprise users to add Sales Insights, an add-on solution with predictive analytics that helped users analyze their sales pipeline. Over the past two years, Microsoft has added advanced AI capabilities and other features that are not in Sales Enterprise and can only be purchased via a Sales Premium User SL or Sales Insight Add-on.

The Premium features include advanced AI capabilities (not in Copilot for Dynamics 365 Sales) like predictive scoring for leads and opportunities, relationship analytics that can evaluate customer sentiment, and conversation analysis features that monitor conversations and provide sales recommendations in real time. The Premium features also include general-use capabilities like business-card scanning, notes analysis, and the ability to see what connections a lead might share with others.
