Business includes Office, Exchange, SharePoint, and other “Office System” products and cloud services, as well as the Dynamics line of customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning products.

Server and Tools includes the Windows Server OS, the SQL Server database management and business intelligence product, the System Center management software, the Forefront security products, Visual Studio and other developer tools, and the Windows Azure cloud platform. It also includes Microsoft’s product support and consulting services and the Windows Embedded line of OSs for specialized devices.
