Longtime Dynamics CRM Online customers are due for an upgrade by Jan. 2012. Shown here are important upcoming support dates for Dynamics CRM Online and recent versions of the Dynamics CRM software.

Dynamics CRM Online received a major update in Jan. 2011 that converted the service from the Dynamics CRM 4.0 software to Dynamics CRM 2011. Customers whose Dynamics CRM Online installations were active before Jan. 2011 will receive an upgrade to the latest version of the service by Jan. 2012. The upgrade entails some downtime, and organizations will have to orient users on the new user interface, upgrade the Outlook add-in for Dynamics CRM (if they use it), and make other preparations.
