Full Office suite licenses cost from US$373 to US$508 in Volume Licensing before discounts. The prices for the most common Office license types are shown here, along with the annual cost of Software Assurance (SA) for the licenses where applicable. These are Microsoft’s estimated sales prices for the U.S. Open License program (Open No Level pricing). These are the highest prices a U.S. organization would typically pay in volume licensing for these products, and prices in an EA or Select program would usually be lower. However, prices can vary across resellers.

The Office Multi-Language Pack enables local administrators and users to change the language used by the Office user interface and other features and is useful for organizations deploying Office globally. The Multi-Language Pack is a free add-on for licenses covered by SA, but an extra-cost item otherwise. Work at Home licenses permit a user licensed at work to buy a discounted license for home use.

Office for Mac Standard 2011 (not shown) generally costs the same as Office Standard 2010 in volume licensing.
