Microsoft has been named as a defendant in more than 20 patent infringement lawsuits, according to its last quarterly filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This table lists the lawsuits for which hearings have been scheduled, or that Microsoft believes are likely to be scheduled soon if the cases aren’t dismissed.
