Self-service purchase is a Microsoft option that allows employees within a customer organization to directly purchase licenses for certain Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 add-on services using a credit card. This approach bypasses the organization’s standard procurement and IT approval processes, as well as existing volume licensing agreements such as an Enterprise Agreement (EA) or Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA).
