Updates
Recent updates strengthen Dynamics 365 Customer Service Case Management and Quality Evaluation agents by adding simulation, governance, bulk evaluation, multilingual support, and greater administrative control. Although the agents are in their first year and still have limited access to Customer Service data and processes, where they’re connected, customers can expect faster automation and analysis that can improve service quality at scale.
Roadmap
Customer Service update plans are focused mostly on AI capabilities in the form of agents, rather than regular Copilot features. The agents can deliver new features quickly, but they also come with new Copilot Credit costs that are outside of the typical User Subscription License. Key plans include:
