Azure Advisor is a free service available in the Azure portal, which offers recommendations to help organizations improve the operational and cost effectiveness of Azure services within their subscriptions. While the service currently offers only recommendations for a limited set of Azure services, it still might be useful with suggestions of best practices that could reduce cost and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the services.

Service Overview

The set of Azure services that Azure Advisor provides recommendations for include Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and VM Availability Sets, Azure SQL Database, App Services, Application Gateway, and Redis Cache.
