Calling Plan is a service offered by Microsoft that provides public switched telephone network (PSTN) connectivity for Teams customers. When used with the Phone System service, it provides a fully hosted telephony service that does not require on-premises hardware. Calling Plan is only offered in a limited number of countries and regions, and customers who need service in other areas or have specific requirements may need to use Direct Routing instead.
