Configuration Manager version 1910 became generally available in Nov. 2019. New features in this version of the client-focused management tool improve co-management in concert with Intune; enhance desktop management workflow for Windows 10, Office 365 ProPlus, and the Edge browser; and replace the deprecated Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring tool. These changes could help customers manage clients more effectively and ensure BitLocker management continues to be available. Other new features include support for Windows Virtual Desktop multi-session instances of Windows 10, support for the Desktop Analytics hosted monitoring service, a freestanding installation of the CMPivot client query tool, and improved Delivery Optimization peer-to-peer caching capabilities (more types of update are now supported). Version 1910 is now available for evaluation and to customers using the Current Branch servicing option (which requires Software Assurance). The next Current Branch version, expected to be 2002, is anticipated in Mar. 2020.
