Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement 2022 Wave 1, starting in Apr. 2022, begins a six-month period during which new features will arrive. For Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications such as Sales and Service, new features will be rolled out as often as every week, where Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations updates are deployed on a scheduled basis. The features and changes discussed here are expected to be generally available prior to the next Major update in Nov. 2022.
